The Overnight Sleep Strategy That Cuts Changes from 2 to 1

The overnight sleep strategy
Nighttime leaks are exhausting for the person wearing the product and the caregiver doing the laundry.
Most overnight routines improve when four things are right: product class, size, booster, and bed backup.
Equipment prescribed for a NY claim?
Send the referral and the Brooklyn desk reviews it the next business day during business hours. Prescription required.
Send a DME Referral1. Right product class
Overnight pull-up rated 60+ oz, or a tab brief rated 80+ oz. Daytime pull-ups don't survive eight hours.
2. Right size
Waist at the navel; pick the size that covers the larger of waist or hip. Buying one bag before the case is cheaper than learning the size is wrong from a saturated sheet.
3. Booster pad inside
A 20 oz booster turns most overnight products into single-change-per-night options. Place it lengthwise along the wettest zone.
4. Backup underpad on the bed
Disposable 30x36 in or reusable 34x36. The underpad protects the mattress when the rare overnight failure happens.
What to skip
Don't double-up two regular pads. They have backsheets that block the host garment from soaking through. They can leak sideways.
Call a clinician if overnight leakage changes suddenly, comes with pain, or is paired with new confusion, fever, or weakness.
