Referrals & claims

Send a referral online, by phone, or by fax — the desk reviews it the next business day and tells you exactly what to send if anything is missing. A prescription is always required.

Sizing & fit

Equipment is fitted at delivery, and for scheduled workers' comp DME the fittings and adjustments are included. Not sure what the prescription needs? Call the desk.

FSA / HSA

FSA / HSA funds can be used for eligible durable medical equipment — call the desk and we'll confirm eligibility and billing.
