CityDME delivers medical equipment to homes in Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, the Bronx, Staten Island, Nassau County, and Westchester County. Suffolk County addresses are reviewed individually. Ready orders can also be picked up at our Brooklyn location.
Before we schedule a delivery, we confirm the order and any prescription or paperwork it needs, check that the item is available, and agree on a time with you. Insurance approval, when it applies, is reviewed separately for each request. The patient must be present to receive the equipment. We hand deliveries only to the patient.

Our drivers deliver directly to the patient at their apartment door in Manhattan, including high-rises. We coordinate ahead of time with the patient or caregiver and the building, so tell us about front desk check-in, service elevator rules, and any delivery hours the building sets.

From Riverdale to Throggs Neck, we deliver to apartments and houses across the Bronx. Share the apartment, floor, and best entrance. A home health aide or family member can help coordinate timing and access. We hand the equipment only to the patient.

For a Staten Island home with front steps, a driveway, or a side door, a few details help us plan your delivery. Tell us which entrance is easiest, whether there are stairs inside, and confirm the patient will be home to receive the equipment when the driver arrives.

Nassau County is part of our delivery area. Suffolk County addresses are reviewed individually, so contact us with the address before counting on delivery there. Include the town or hamlet along with the street, and mention any gate code, long driveway, or side entrance that works better for larger equipment. If you are arranging this for a parent, you can help coordinate the details. Your parent must be present to receive the equipment.

Westchester deliveries range from apartment buildings in Yonkers, New Rochelle, and White Plains to houses farther up the county. If the patient lives in a senior residence or assisted living community, tell us the building’s check-in and access rules. Staff can help with access; only the patient can receive the equipment.
